Why am i always tired and things dont feel real? i kinda thought the not being real thing is light headed caus?

i remember what it felt like before when i was light headed.i think im anemic. but i went to the doctors last friday and he is having a blood test done but its the holidays and i dont want to wait i just wanna know what you think? i get 7-10 hours of sleep every night. and sometimes i get upset cause i feel like im in a haze and i didnt have fun or anything, please help. what do you think it is?
