Coping with rejection and fear of loosing ppl?

i get the same way. what i do tho is preoccupy myself with different things, and if i feel really distracted by the stress, i think of something, anything, that i feel like doing, and just go out and do it. for example, i'm in the process of trying to get over my ex.. i wake up in the morning feeling crappy but i think to myself 'what do i feel like doing right now? i know, i'm gonna go drive and blast out some temptations and sing along, jammin in the car.' or: "oh i feel like dressing up all snazzy and going out in public feeling good and looking fine", so i'll do it.. and i feel great all of a sudden. do something distracting to get your mind off what youre worrying about, preferably something thatll make you feel like you're pretty much the ****. if you feel good, it'll show. and when people see that, why would you have to worry about losing people? theyd be more attracted in the end, right?
