My friend recently ped away and his mom wants to meet with me?

Some rumors say he had an aneurysm and others say he committed suicide. I dont know for sure what the autopsy said. His mom says Im her only hope in knowing about her sons last few days. She told me that she understands if I dont want to speak to her but she really needs to know everything about her son during the time i knew him. The problem is her son was a borderline drug addict, ually promiscuous, and even claimed to have pick pocketed a guy during his final days which would obviously be something I would hate to tell her. She stressed on knowing everything and telling her all this will be the hardest thing i've ever done. So should I tell her about this or not?
