Name of This Song?

It's this song that sounds like it's going, "evelyn" over and over or something like that but i'm not sure what it says. It almost sounds like Gwen Stefani, but I'm not sure... if you have any sort of a clue please let me know what you think it might be even if it just pops into your head.
