Plase help!!!!!!!!!!!!!! my neck has been hurting for 3 years now!?

Ok so you have most likley put your neck out of line. What I want to know is did your neck crack in the process of hurting it? What you need to do is never jerk your head in any direction, if you pop your neck STOP NOW!!! It is horrible for your neck, and you need to go to your chiropractor. No joke, this is something serious if you have been in pain this long, you may have a pinched nerve in your neck that could be causeing this pain, o something else. Just go to your chiropractor, explain your problems, and they will take x-rays of your neck, and show you what is wrong. I hope this helps, if you need more info just contact me..
