Could this Grade prevent me getting into College?

I'm in my Junior year and my average is a 90 (my school doesn't tell us our gpa they just give us a ulative unweighted gpa) I'm starting my second semester and and just finished my midterms and in like a tech cl I'm taking I got a 50 on my midterm but I have done well on all my academic subjects like Math, English, Science and History. Could this 50 on my midterm in a Tech Cl bring me down? (the midterm makes 10% of my final grade
