Do I have a lawsuit in this situation?

I'm currently under a ual harment investigation at work. The charge is bulls**t. This person has no witnesses or video, audio evidence. However my company seems to be taking her side. She has been there for little over a month. I have been there for almost 2 years and never had any incidents like this happen to me. It's worth noting that her father is mid management in the building she work at with my company and has a lucrative contract with my company. If i'm fired for this can I sue for defamation of character, and slander, and what is my chance for winning. The laws follow florida guide lines.
