it depends whether or not AA BB and/or CC will expressed a darker skin colour when together. if they do, then the second child is more likely to have lighter skin than the first, because there are no dominant A, B, or C's. The other child would have darker skin because it has CC, which means the first child will automatically have CC, and if it is an additive effect (which is most likely is) than the first child will be darker.
