Title for a book help please?

well basically im writing a novel about a girl growing up in berlin during the dictatorship of adolf hitler her and bestfriend and boyfriend gets sent away to a specialist military school and returns four years later just as world war two breaks out and they are both 18. the book has quite a sad ending and i really need a title because i just cant think of one thanks in advance.
