Should we liberate north korea from oppression?

The only reason the North Koreans might not want liberating is if they no longer know better. It only takes one time of watching video footage of sh*t-covered orphans eating rice out of the mud and human body parts for sale as food to know that North Koreans are indeed suffering. But I don't know how much any one country can do in an attempt to save others, especially when it never seems to quite work out.
