How to put eye liner on?

Stretch the eye lid up and out ... so your eye is very taught..... and aply eyeliner ..however if u find that its not all covered and you can see your skin... just top it up when your eye is open... and then if its not a straight line.. use a makeup wipe and sweep it along the lid in a straight line :D
