Diet for running help!?

I have started cross country running and weigh about 15 stone and 6'. I am running every day so need lots of energy. My runs are normally around 5 - 6 am so no time for breakfast. What should i be eating the day before? What types of foods should i east throughout the day which will give me sustainable energy to get through the day? My problem is not that i eat rubbish cos i dont it is that i eat too much and if i cut back the amount i get tired. Im 21yo and the former Scottish kickboxing champion for 2 years and British bronze for 1 so until i was 18 i trained like hell and ate whatever i wanted. I feel that now i need to have some structure to my eating if i am training and looking to loose a few pounds.
