If you are trying to lose weight and get fit, you need to drop some cles and do some light weights. Toned muscle burns more calories instead of just doing all these cles. You need to trim down your Wednesday and Thursday schedule.... thats excessive, especially 4hrs of cles. I would rest Wednesday, or go for a brisk walk at home. Do the same on Saturday and Sunday, but give yourself one complete day off. You are going to burn yourself out by doing all those cles.
